Distances during the trip can be adapted to the client, as a personal vehicle is following the group.
Limitations on Participants
- Persons under 15 years of age are not accepted due to safety reasons
Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to cancel the tour 21 days before the planned start if the minimum number of participants has not been reached.
Payment Policy
- We will send an invoice upon receipt of your reservation
- A local banking charge will be included in the total price
- A 20% deposit (plus the banking charge) must be received by us no less than 30 days before the tour commences, or as soon as practicable, if the reservation is made less than 30 days before the tour starts
- The balance of the total price must be received by us no less than one day before the tour starts
- If the tour is cancelled due to insufficient participants, then the 20% deposit (but not the banking charge) will be refunded

- Water during the ride
- One Escort Truck with assistants

- Boat fares, as indicated in the schedule
- Accommodation as follows. In Siem Reap and Phnom Penh we provide the equivalent to 2 star hotels. In the province, accommodation equivalent to 2 star hotels or guest houses with A/C and bathroom
