Cross-Border and Pan-Indochina Biking Tours

Crossing the Borders

The roads are the major issue when touring in Cambodia.   The situation is changing very often; new roads are built, old roads are deteriorating, as the rains often change the surface conditions.   So, we keep ourselves appraised of current conditions.

We often arrange pick-ups at border posts on the Cambodian side.   We keep in contact by mobile phone to minimise problems.   Drop-offs at border posts can also be arranged.

The Cambodia Experience

Cambodia is a wonderful place to ride.   It is full of natural beauty, friendly people and adventure.   Quiet back roads, paddy fields, palm trees and some parts are forests.   People smile and wave, when you pass through the villages.   These are just a few of the many attractive Khmer aspects that are featured on our exciting cycling tours.

Sample Cross-Border Tours

We have organised many tours and customised them to our customers requirements.   These have included rides of 8 to 17 days, across the Cardamon Mountains, Coast Tours, Northern Trails, Forest Trails in Mondolkiri and Rattanakiri and, of course Angkor Wat.

Our International Associates

Biking Cambodia has working relationships with biking tour operators in neighbouring countries.   If you wish to organise the other legs of your IndoChina tour with them, please contact us and ask for details.

We Understand

Bikers need quiet, scenic roads and trails to enjoy.   In this part of the country we offer very colourful scenery.

We can offer custom private tours for small groups.   This allows more spontaneity for stopping at interesting villages, and taking photos without having to be concerned about "keeping up with the group."   This is because biking is very individualistic and riding at your own pace and style will greatly enhance your experience in Cambodia.

Get a tour designed to meet your abilities and interests, be it fast-paced or slow-but-sure.   We can show you the best parts of Cambodia at your pace and at your convenience.

Work out a program with us that can satisfy your appetite for adventure, specifically to a place you would like to visit.

Maybe you would like to combine biking with some cruising on the Tonle Sap lake, spend the night in a village with the habitants or take more time, visiting remote temples lost in the jungle.

Our partners have the structure and equipment to plan an itinerary at your leisure, made by professionals.

You provide us with the dates you would like to go, the number of persons, length of time, difficulty and interests (historical, scenery, cultural, etc.).

Our method of operation is to run only private or custom tours with small numbers of people.

If you plan to exit Cambodia into neighbouring countries via bike, such as Thailand, Vietnam or Laos, we have the partners on the spot to facilitate this and save you searching and browsing the Internet.   And if you enter Cambodia from one of these countries, we will pick you up at the border to guide you safely through Cambodia.
